Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you to allow time for quality care.  We respect your time and every effort is made to seat and dismiss each patient on time.  We request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.  We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, however after missing a second appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance a missed appointment fee may be charged.

First Appointment
When you make your first appointment we will send you a welcome packet that includes forms that help us get acquainted.  Please bring those completed forms to your first visit.  If you choose to fill out paperwork in the office on the day of your first visit please allow 15 – 30 minutes to complete them and be prepared to include medical information, medications lists, contact numbers for physicians and previous dentists, and insurance and financial information. 

Initial visit
Your initial exam will last approximately two hours.  In most cases you will have a visit with the hygienist and an exam with the doctor that will provide you with an outline of your existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
